Welcome to Montecito Manor Apartments located at 553 Esperanza Ave in Ajo, Arizona.

After a complete interior remodel of each unit, and installing a new on-site laundry room, we completed the final stages of exterior improvements to our apartments in late 2011, including brand new stucco, window framings, and trim work on each building. These new enhancements not only look great, they also improve energy efficiency and make living at Montecito Manor more enjoyable.

We also recently completed new chip & seal pavement for our parking area, enabling easier access for our tenants and guests.

In addition to these and future planned improvements, we also work to make living at Montecito Manor more enjoyable on a day to day basis by providing regular on site maintenance, routine pest control, exterior cleaning, as well as DirectTV satellite service and optional individual wifi internet service.
